About Me: I had been acting, singing, and dancing on Chicago stages for two decades before realizing how analogous theater was to therapy. Both concerned focusing on and listening to the other person present, as well as responding authentically. One of my favorite stage roles took place in Evanston at Light Opera Works; I was a chanteuse singer who supposedly "sang like a frog"!
