Rich Moorman, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who joined Family Service Center in 2022. He earned his Master’s of Social Work from Aurora University in 2008. He has 15 years of experience providing individual, group, and family therapy services. He believes that the relationship with the client is the single most important factor in therapy. He is fluent in Spanish, and he specializes in providing bilingual therapy services to Spanish-speaking children, families, and adults. Rich has worked extensively with children and adults of all ages in a variety of settings, including domestic violence shelters, public schools, community mental health centers, and residential programs. Rich also enjoys providing clinical supervision to new staff members and supervising graduate student clinical interns. He has extensive experience providing supportive, strengths-based administrative and clinical supervision.
