About Me: Often Jennifer spontaneously dances and sings around her house to celebrate good news or just being goofy. Given Jennifer has NO singing talent, it usually leaves her family laughing and sometimes joining in on the fun. (Her ten pound dog, Mitzi is often her dance partner.)
Jennifer Bott, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor who joined FSC as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor Intern in July 2022. She graduated from National Louis University in June 2023 with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Jennifer previously taught Junior High and Preschool in public and private domains. She is co-founder of the Forward4Tobi Foundation, where she connects with metastatic breast cancer patients by providing peer-to-peer support and assisting them in applying for financial grants. Having been in helping professional settings for the last twenty years, Jennifer’s therapy modalities gravitate towards CBT, Solution Based Therapy, and Mindfulness Practice. Jennifer enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults individually and in group settings. She develops a collaborative and supportive environment which leads to healing and transformation.
