Dr. Dominguez is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and FSC Co-Executive Director who joined the Family Service Center team in 2014 and currently serves as one of its Co-Executive Directors. She has provided mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families for over 20 years. Her early career specialization focused on children and adolescent trauma and involved researching, providing direct clinical care, and teaching. In her role as Co-Executive Director, she works very closely with Chris Northwick to oversee all aspects of FSC operations, while leading clinical services delivery. Additionally, Dr. Dominguez continues to provide counseling services, educational presentations, and crisis support in the community. She also provides trauma-informed, system-level consultation to partnering organizations during times of crisis and thereafter.
