Debby Padzensky, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who joined Family Service Center in 2023. Debby earned her Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. Professionally, Debby has been practicing in the public school system as a Spanish speaking social worker for over 25 years providing individual and group therapy to children, family support, and crisis management. She has extensive knowledge of school systems and has worked with children with a variety of social and emotional issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, autism, attention difficulties, and socialization. One of the essential pieces of her practice is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment. Debby works from a client-centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness approach to assist her clients in increasing self-awareness, identifying and expressing emotions, and developing goals and coping skills that foster healthier relationships.
